Firstlyestablish if your c/locking is factory fitted or after market. If factory fitted check the fuse box for any blown fuses. If after market then their is a fused +12v line running to a normally black unit which controls the C/Locking, check that. If no luck with that take it to a fitment center who can diagnose that within 5 minutes.

I also had this problem, and the cause was the small rod which leads to the locking mechanism - it was hooked out of the hole it was in before, so the driver's door didn't
Locatethe door panel in the door handle or behind the speakers. Unscrew the bolts holding the door panel. Gently pull out the panel with a remover. Disconnect the wire connecting the power door locks to the interior of your door. Peel back the plastic shroud around the door.
